AVR has over 37 collective years of hands-on experience in the solid waste and recycle industry. Being familiar with all aspects of the business, AVR has been engaged by owners and agents for the owner to work with different agencies and municipalities in solving complex issues.

AVR has also been engaged by architects and engineers to design and implement the most effective and efficient methods of solid waste and recycle collection for newly developed or completely renovated properties.

Expert Witness

Robert Willis, President, AVR, has acted as an expert witness in matters involving solid waste and recycle issues. In every case in which he has been involved, the Plaintiff has been successful and the cases have settled prior to trial. Most of this litigation was concerning the New Jersey Chapter 25 Apartment Law.

He has also testified in front of Zoning, Planning Boards and Township Councils on behalf of developers and owners to clarify solid waste and recycle conflicts.
